Help us create moments that matter.

From graduation ceremonies that mark life-changing achievements to high-profile events that bring our community together, this role sits at the heart of Aston University’s most visible and impactful experiences.

We’re looking for a Corporate Events and Graduation Coordinator to help plan and deliver a varied programme of events that raise our profile and connect with our audiences. You’ll play a key role in making sure everything runs smoothly, professionally and memorably.

What you’ll be doing

You will coordinate a wide range of events, supporting everything from planning through to delivery and evaluation. This includes:

  • Supporting large-scale graduation ceremonies and key university events
  • Working with academics and stakeholders to deliver lectures and corporate events
  • Handling logistics, timelines and communications
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal teams
  • Ensuring a high-quality experience for all attendees
  • Supporting event communications, branding and audio-visual delivery
  • Producing post-event reporting and insights

What we’re looking for

You’ll have experience supporting the delivery of events, ideally at scale, and understand what it takes to keep things running smoothly under pressure. You’ll also bring:

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Flexibility to support events, including occasional evenings and weekends

What’s in it for you
