Position Purpose
The HR & Administration Assistant supports the Human Resources and Administration function by providing administrative, coordination, and operational support across the employee lifecycle and office management activities. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who is looking to build a career in Human Resources and corporate administration.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support
- Assist with recruitment administration, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding arrangements.
- Prepare employment documents, employee files, and HR-related correspondence.
- Support new hire onboarding and employee orientation activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
- Assist in processing employee movements, including transfers, promotions, and resignations.
- Coordinate employee training programs and maintain training records.
- Support employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and company events.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Support payroll and benefits administration by coordinating required documentation and data verification.
Administration Support
- Provide general office administration support and ensure smooth daily office operations.
- Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement activities.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and liaise with vendors, landlords, and service providers.
- Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and company events.
- Maintain office records, contracts, and administrative documentation.
- Support travel and meeting arrangements when required.
- Assist with invoice processing and administrative expense tracking.
- Ensure a safe, organized, and professional office environment.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines.
Experience
- 0-2 years of experience in HR, administration, or office support roles.
- Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply.
