The salary band for this role is $61,550 - $68,390 depending on relevant skills and experience of the candidate.

He aha tāu e mahi ana \| What you will be doing

The Coordinator Community Engagement role is vital to the smooth running and function of the Northern region team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager Community Engagement and team to engage well in the community
• Ensure that team members are at the right place, at the right times, with the right tools
• Provide administration support for the Manager and Community Engagement team.
• Contribute to the delivery of timely and accurate reports including managing various project reports and spreadsheets
• Support the delivery of engagement in a digital environment.

To be successful in this role you need the following:

• Strong communication and relationship skills and knowledge of te ao Māori.
• Proven data entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Planning and organisational skills
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
• Possess high attention to detail and ability to recognise discrepancies
• Professional and results orientated with good business and customer focus
• Experience managing confidential information appropriately
• A full NZ drivers’ license
