Conveyancing and Probate Solicitor

Dundon Callanan LLP, a well-established private practice in Limerick, is seeking a qualified Solicitor to join their Conveyancing and Probate team.

About the role

The successful candidate should have experience across a broad practice area, including:

Wills \& Estates

- Will drafting

- Full administration of estates

Residential Conveyancing

- All aspects of residential conveyancing

- First registrations commercial conveyancing

- Commercial conveyancing transactions

- Commercial leases

- Experience in general commercial law is desirable but not essential

Candidate profile

- Admitted to Practice in the Republic of Ireland

- Qualified Solicitor with relevant experience

- Demonstrated ability to manage a full caseload

- Strong technical knowledge across the above practice areas

- Excellent client-facing and communication skills

- Well organised, with sound judgement and attention to detail

- Hours: full time
