We are looking for a commercially-minded Content Marketing Manager to lead content strategy across our brands, campaigns and business units.

This role is responsible for ensuring content is not just created, but creates results. You will work closely with creators, designers, videographers, social media and commercial teams to develop content strategies that drive audience growth, engagement and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute content marketing strategies across multiple brands and business units.

Build content plans that support brand, commercial and marketing objectives.

Manage editorial calendars and content roadmaps.

Work with content creators, designers and producers to develop high-performing content.

Translate business goals into content campaigns and initiatives.

Identify content opportunities across social media, events, partnerships and owned platforms.

Optimise content performance using audience insights, analytics and platform data.

Support lead generation, customer acquisition and conversion initiatives where applicable.

Monitor content performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Stay abreast of content, consumer and platform trends.

Who We're Looking For

4-8 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing or related fields.

Strong understanding of content strategy and audience development.

Comfortable working with data, analytics and performance reporting.

Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

Able to balance creativity with commercial objectives.

Experience managing multiple brands or campaigns is advantageous.

Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities.
