Content Creator (Video & Design)

This is a part-time entry-level position (20-25 hours per week) with the option to move to full-time.

Work Location: Mainly remote (availability to meet when needed).

About Us: Silent Partner is seeking a Content Creator (Video \& Design) to support the development of visual content across video, digital, and marketing channels. This is a part-time, flexible role suited for a candidate with a solid foundation in video editing and design who is looking to further develop their skills while contributing to real-world campaigns.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable editing content independently and can take projects from raw footage to a polished final product. While this is not a senior role, a strong working knowledge of editing tools and an understanding of social media content is expected.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Edit video content across social media and YouTube, including both vertical (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and horizontal formats.
• Support the production of longer-form content, including product demonstrations and instructional videos.
• Create and adapt visual assets for website, email campaigns, and social media.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and proactively suggest ideas for video content.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining creative files and content libraries.
• Provide occasional support with on-site filming, as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with video editing tools, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and communicate effectively.
• Interest in or familiarity with tennis is considered an asset.
• Based in Toronto is a bonus, but not required.

Desired Skills/Knowledge:

• Basic experience with filming or using camera equipment.
• Understanding of social media content formats and trends.
