Content Creator (Social Media)

Job Responsibilities:
As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for planning, producing and managing engaging digital content that strengthens Alhumaira's online presence and drives audience engagement.
Content Planning \& Strategy
- Plan monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches and promotional activities.
- Brainstorm creative concepts and content ideas for social media platforms.
- Research current social media trends, viral content, sounds, hashtags and industry best practices.
- Generate fresh content ideas that align with Alhumaira's brand identity and target audience.
Content Creation
- Produce high-quality photo and video content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Lemon8 and other digital platforms.
- Shoot, edit and publish short-form videos including Reels, TikTok videos, Stories and Shorts.
- Create engaging lifestyle, educational, behind-the-scenes, product showcase and trend-based content.
- Write compelling captions and content copy that encourage engagement and strengthen brand awareness.
Production \& Campaign Support
- Organize and coordinate content shooting sessions.
- Prepare content briefs, shot lists and production schedules.
- Assist in selecting locations, props, outfits and styling for content production.
- Work with models, talents, KOLs and internal team members during shoots to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure all content reflects Alhumaira's brand identity and visual standards.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the Brand Manager, Graphic Designer, Marketing Team and E-commerce Team to execute marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers and designers to produce high-quality creative assets.
- Support campaign launches, festive collections, new arrivals and promotional events through creative content.
Social Media Management
- Schedule and publish content according to the content calendar.
- Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement when required.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all social media platforms.
Performance Analysis
- Monitor content performance using Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Analyze engagement, reach, video views and audience insights.
- Recommend improvements based on data and social media performance.
Other Responsibilities
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, content styles and platform algorithm changes.
- Maintain an organized library of digital assets including photos, videos and editing files.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Multimedia, Broadcasting, Creative Media or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management or digital marketing.
- Experience in the fashion, retail, beauty or lifestyle industry is an added advantage.
- Strong portfolio showcasing TikTok, Instagram Reels or other social media content.
- Proficient in:
- CapCut
- Canva
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Lightroom (added advantage)
- Skilled in smartphone photography and videography.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube content strategies.
- Familiar with social media algorithms, analytics and performance tracking.
- Excellent storytelling, creativity and visual sense.
- Confident appearing on camera, conducting voice-overs or hosting videos.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with different departments.
- Good time management skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about fashion, modest wear and digital content creation.
- Candidates with experience managing TikTok Shop, livestreams or influencer collaborations will have an added advantage.
- Able to join immediately or within a short notice period is preferred.
