If you live for food trends, know how to make a dish look irresistible on camera, and love building online communities, we want to hear from you.This role offers incredible creative freedom and is the perfect opportunity to build a standout commercial portfolio in the lifestyle and food industry.What You'll Do

• Content Creation: Shoot high-quality photos and engaging, trend-driven short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, and Stories) right here in our busy Bray café.
• Platform Management: Batch-create visual assets optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Brand Alignment: Dive into our current website and active social channels to understand our existing themes, tone of voice, and visual branding, then elevate it.
• Trend Spotting: Audio-match and conceptualize fun, relatable café/food trends that fit our local community vibe.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior Work (Required): You must have a portfolio, a curated social page, or a collection of past video/photo work to show us.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in mobile video editing apps (CapCut, InShot, or native TikTok/Instagram editors) and skilled with smartphone photography.
• Foodie Passion: A genuine eye for food styling, lighting, and capturing the fast-paced energy of a bustling kitchen and café environment.
• Reliability: Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently to meet regular content deadlines.

Logistics \& Location

• Work Structure: Hybrid Remote. You must be able to regularly travel to our physical location in Bray, County Wicklow to capture fresh raw footage, interview staff, and photograph new menu drops. Editing, planning, and scheduling can be done completely from home.
