Core Objective: Aggressively grow followers and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts by acting as a cultural pacesetter—creating concepts others copy rather than just chasing old trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Trend Innovation \& Fresh Concepts: Constantly pitch highly original, out-of-the-box content ideas. Must spot digital shifts early and invent new visual frameworks/angles before competitors.

End-to-End Execution \& Technical 'Why': Script sharp hooks, direct agents, and shoot premium vertical video on-location. The candidate must deeply understand the why behind a shoot—knowing exactly how specific lighting, framing, and pacing choices trigger algorithm views, shares, and saves.

Platform \& Lead Growth: Manage daily distribution, optimize for maximum watch-time, and drive lightning-fast engagement in comments/DMs to turn views into high-intent leads.

Must-Have Qualifications:

The Portfolio: Proven track record of rapid account growth or viral campaigns they built from scratch.

Technical Mastery: High proficiency in mobile and mirrorless rigs, wireless audio, stabilizers, and luxury lighting setups.

Algorithm \& Market Instincts: Complete understanding of viewer retention mechanics and Dubai’s premium aesthetic preferences.
