About Us
Two Crow Collective is an alternative lifestyle brand powered by a dual-engine model: culture-driven retail and high-volume, service-based screen printing. On the B2C side, we create edgy, honest apparel inspired by tattoo culture that highlights and supports the chronic illness and mental health communities, alongside our non-profit work with PBS. On the B2B side, we operate a high-volume, eco-friendly screen-printing setup built on pure human artistry with a strict commitment to remaining 100% AI-free. Currently securing large-scale contracts with prominent bands and major non-profits, we are building out a brand-new warehouse and retail space to scale our operations and serve a massive community of touring musicians, tattoo artists, and alternative influencers.
The Reality of Working Here (The Founder Dynamic)
This is a brand built entirely from the heart of our owner. He will be in the trenches with you day in and day out, toeing the line between influencer and lifestyle brand—meaning you will be capturing the raw story of us building this company together.
Because of this, the workflow is fast-paced, collaborative, and entirely human:
- Mental Health-Friendly Collaboration: The owner has PTSD and ADHD. You need to be a structured anchor who can roll with a fast-moving, idea-heavy brain, help capture spontaneous lightning in a bottle, and navigate an occasional fluid workflow without stressing.
- The "I'm Down" Mentality: If we need to write and film a full-on comedy skit for a project, we do it. If we need to sprint to a thrift store at 2 PM to pick out furniture for an ultra-specific studio setup, we’re there. You are a creative co-conspirator, not just a camera operator.
- Extreme Autonomy + Thick Skin: You need the confidence to pitch your own concepts and run with them independently. Simultaneously, you must be a collaborative listener who can take the owner’s specific visions and execute them perfectly, remaining completely open to feedback, constructive criticism, and a continuous learning process.
The Role \& Workflow Split
This position is roughly a 50/50 split between shooting (on-location/in-studio) and editing/posting. Right now, your time will be divided across four main focus areas:
- The Build \& Retail: Documenting the birth of the new warehouse and setting up our new retail storefront from scratch.
- Podcast Production: Helping launch, record, and execute multi-camera video and audio editing for our upcoming brand podcast.
- Social Ecosystem \& Client Work: Creating, optimizing, and scheduling native content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads, while occasionally handling creative assets for our high-profile band and brand clients.
- Marketing Alignment: Collaborating with our third-party marketing teams to align content with social media advertising and SEO strategies.
Core Responsibilities
- Short-Form \& Platform Optimization: Cut down long-form podcast episodes and warehouse vlogs into viral, punchy short-form pieces tailored specifically for TikTok, Reels, Facebook, and Threads. Create short form content from tailored ideas.
- Multimedia Podcast Production: Assist with shooting and editing full-length video and audio podcast episodes optimized for YouTube and Spotify, ensuring clean multi-camera cuts and crisp audio levels.
- Documentary \& Client Storytelling: Capture the raw, daily behind-the-scenes journey of building our physical spaces and printing massive production runs for large-scale bands and corporate clients.
- Lifestyle \& Retail Production: Shoot high-quality flat-lays, product photography, and dynamic apparel content using local models, friends, and the local community.
- Social Management: Own the scheduling and posting pipeline across the entire social media ecosystem, writing authentic captions that sound like a real human instead of a clinical marketing agency.
What We Look For
- Someone Who Gets the Vision: This is #1. We can work through and teach the rest. If you read this and feel genuinely inspired to apply, we want to hear from you.
- Heavy Editing Chops (A Must): Advanced video and audio editing skills are non-negotiable. You must be deeply fluent in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro) alongside audio software like Adobe Audition or Pro Tools.
- You Live the Subculture: You feel right at home around tattoos, metal, punk, skating, skateshops, and DIY music spaces. You know how to visually represent bands and alternative brands because you are an active part of that world.
- Understanding Community: You get the intersection of non-profit advocacy and raw alternative edge. You can treat mental health advocacy with genuine empathy while keeping the brand's attitude intact.
- Retail \& Apparel Instincts: Previous exposure to retail environments, fashion merchandising, or apparel production is a massive plus. You know how clothes should fit, look, and drape on camera.
- Grit over Glamour: You are down to get your hands dirty moving boxes, lifting gear, wrapping cables, and prepping spaces in a dusty, active warehouse build-out.
Benefits \& Perks
- Professional camera gear, audio equipment, software subscriptions, and dedicated editing workstations entirely provided by the company.
- Dedicated promotional and production budget for creative campaigns and skits.
- A ground-floor opportunity to visually shape a scaling lifestyle brand, media collective, and print operation.
- Potential to transition into a hybrid schedule after a successful 6-month onboarding period.
