Content Creator

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create and publish engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.

Produce short-form videos, reels, photos, stories and other digital content.

Develop creative concepts, scripts, captions and content ideas based on marketing campaigns and business objectives.

Conduct photo and video shoots at outlets, events and promotional activities.

Edit videos and photos using relevant editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.

Stay updated on the latest social media trends, viral content, sounds, formats and audience preferences.

Collaborate with the Operations teams to develop content that promotes products, services, promotions and brand campaigns.

Create content that showcases customer experiences, services, staff activities, promotions and company events.

Work with influencers/KOLs where required to support marketing campaigns.

Monitor content performance and provide suggestions to improve engagement, reach and conversions.

Maintain a monthly content calendar and ensure content is produced and posted according to schedule.

Ensure all content is consistent with the Company's branding and communication guidelines.

Support other marketing and promotional activities as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Digital Media, Advertising or a related field is preferred.

Previous experience in content creation, social media marketing or digital marketing is an advantage.

Strong creative sense with good understanding of social media trends.

Good photography and videography skills.

Proficient in video and photo editing applications such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent.

Good copywriting and communication skills.

Comfortable appearing in videos or working with models/staff for content production.

Able to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Willing to travel between outlets for content production when required.
