The Role

We're hiring a creative, self-directed Content Creator to build our brand on Eurostaffs from the ground up. You'll have full access to our vehicles, our operations, and our client-facing experiences — and you'll own the full pipeline: idea, shoot, edit, copy, publish.

This is not a role for slow corporate video with elevator music. We want sharp, cinematic, behind-the-scenes content that shows the real intensity of running a private global fleet, aimed at the executive assistants and corporate travel managers who book us.

What You'll Do

• Behind-the-scenes documenting: Capture the operational precision — chauffeur vetting, vehicle maintenance, real-time logistics — and turn it into content that makes "heavy logistics" look fascinating.
• Timely, culturally relevant promos: Build content around major Boston moments (e.g., FIFA World Cup 2026 matches this summer) that show how we keep executives moving while the city sits in gridlock.
• Live event coverage: Attend networking events, private client dinners, and corporate functions alongside the Founder as a discreet, fly-on-the-wall documentarian.
• End-to-end ownership: Brainstorm, shoot (mobile or mirrorless), edit fast, write the copy, and ship the post.

What We're Looking For

• A true self-starter who sees the story and grabs the camera — no scripts or hand-holding required.
• A modern, high-pacing editing aesthetic: sleek, sharp, strong text-on-screen hooks. No trend dances.
• Absolute discretion in luxury and high-stakes corporate environments. Professional, punctual, and able to blend into any room.

Requirements

• Based in Greater Boston with reliable transportation to our fleet hubs and local events.
• A portfolio or past video work showing dynamic storytelling and clean editing.
• Your own mobile or mirrorless camera setup.
• Well-Versed on how to use Eurostaffs
