Role description:

Arcadis is looking for a Consultant (f/m/d) to join our Technical Advisory team in Madrid, Spain. This temporary position offers a great opportunity to gain valuable experience within an international consultancy environment. There may also be potential opportunities for a longer-term role based on business needs and performance.

Our ideal candidate will have technical background and good personal soft skills with innovative and digital orientation. Will be part of our Development Consultancy team reporting to Team Leader.

Role accountabilities:

As a member of our Development Consultancy team (Technical Advisory) the tasks to be performed include:

• Contribute to the implementation and development of technical due diligences/project supervision in real estate transactions.
• Analysis of risks in the day-to-day running of buildings.
• Estimate investment costs to reverse asset defects and/or legal non-conformities.
• Build and maintain relationships with our clients and provide a high level of client service.

Qualifications \& Experience:

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience (Background in consultancy is really valuable)
• Full professional English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) is a must
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Availability for site visits and client meetings across Spain.
• Timely delivery, consistency, and quality of deliverable to team and client expectations, in compliance with our business quality systems.
• Engagement with and adoption of the Arcadis Way and Arcadis core values.
