Construction Operations Supervisor

Core Mission: Maximize field efficiency, enforce safety/quality compliance, and protect project financials across multiple sites.

Core Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Maintain a high-tempo work environment. Conduct daily site visits and log a Daily Diary tracking personnel, locations, and material deliveries.
• Safety \& Compliance: Manage Site-Specific Safety Files, conduct inductions, and maintain a live matrix ensuring all staff hold valid SOLAS Safe Pass and CSCS cards.
• Asset Management: Oversee plant and tool tracking, including weekly GA2 logs, statutory GA1 inspections, and 500-hour service scheduling.
• Financials \& SAGE: Quantify weekly progress, allocate material costs, and generate monthly client invoices using SAGE.

Pay: €65,000.00-€75,000.00 per year
