Construction Foreman

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Foreman to oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will lead a team of construction workers, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency on-site. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to successfully manage multiple aspects of construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to schedules
• Conduct quality inspections and quality control checks throughout the construction process
• Perform or oversee construction inspections to verify compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Assist in construction estimating and project planning to optimize resource allocation
• Manage on-site safety protocols and enforce OSHA standards to maintain a safe work environment
• Provide guidance and training to crew members, fostering a productive team atmosphere
• Monitor progress and report on project status, issues, or delays to stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00-$32.00 per hour
