Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Foreman to oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will lead a team of construction workers, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency on-site. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to successfully manage multiple aspects of construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to schedules
- Conduct quality inspections and quality control checks throughout the construction process
- Perform or oversee construction inspections to verify compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Assist in construction estimating and project planning to optimize resource allocation
- Manage on-site safety protocols and enforce OSHA standards to maintain a safe work environment
- Provide guidance and training to crew members, fostering a productive team atmosphere
- Monitor progress and report on project status, issues, or delays to stakeholders
