Inglotherm Ltd is a growing specialist company working in thermal insulation and retrofit projects. We are a small, hands-on team of around 20 employees, focused on delivering high-quality work and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and subcontractors.
We are currently looking for an experienced and organised Construction Coordinator to join our team and take responsibility for coordinating our site operations and ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
The Role
As a Construction Coordinator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day organisation of our projects. You will coordinate our employees, monitor subcontractors and make sure that work on site is progressing according to the programme and company standards.
This is a practical, hands-on position that would suit someone who is confident taking responsibility, communicating with different teams and solving problems as they arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Organising and coordinating the daily work of our site teams
- Allocating tasks and ensuring employees understand their responsibilities
- Monitoring the progress and quality of work on site
- Coordinating and supervising subcontractors
- Ensuring subcontractors complete their work according to agreed schedules and standards
- Monitoring project progress and reporting any issues or delays
- Communicating with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and management
- Helping to plan labour, materials and equipment required for projects
- Identifying and resolving day-to-day site issues
- Ensuring that company health \& safety procedures are followed
- Carrying out regular site checks and reporting on progress
- Supporting the management team with the successful delivery of projects
Requirements
- Previous experience in a construction/site coordination or supervisory role
- Good understanding of construction site operations
- Experience managing or coordinating workers and subcontractors
- Fluent Polish and English - both languages are essential for this role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage changing situations
- Good attention to detail
- A practical, problem-solving approach
- Full driving licence
- Experience in retrofit, insulation, thermal insulation, energy efficiency or similar construction projects would be an advantage
