Job description: We are looking to hire 2 or 3, part-time or full-time associates to staff our Lexington location. Candidates should be highly organized, detail oriented individuals with a background in retail and a willingness to learn. Job responsibilities:

• Work with shift team to complete daily tasks such as taking consignment, data entry, tagging and displaying merchandise, making sales and assisting customers.
• Assist with business tasks such as cash deposits, check logs, answering the phone, and other tasks as needed
• Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times (mannequins dressed, display tables organized, racks are shoppable, etc.)
• Answer customer questions and assist with purchase decisions and styling upon request.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in a retail environment, preferred
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to tactfully handle the issues that arise when working with customers
• A working knowledge of high end women’s fashion brands and trends
• Consignment or Buy-Sell-Trade store experience, preferred
• Must maintain a neat and tidy appearance
• Must be able to lift 25lbs
