As a Concrete Laborer, you will assist in the preparation, pouring, finishing, and finishing touches of concrete work, ensuring safety and precision at every step. Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing to achieve smooth, level surfaces according to project specifications
• Set up and dismantle formwork and rebar frameworks using hand tools and power tools for structural support
• Operate heavy equipment such as concrete pumps and mixers safely and efficiently on-site
• Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to understand project requirements and execute tasks accurately
• Install rebar reinforcement, metal studs, and other framing components for concrete structures
• Conduct site cleanup, organize materials, and ensure all tools are maintained in good condition for safety and efficiency

Qualifications

• Proven experience working on construction sites with knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, and related masonry tasks
• Mechanical knowledge of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and concrete pumping systems
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Familiarity with construction estimating processes and safety protocols on job sites
• Skills in rebar installation, metal stud framing
• Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience preferred for site transportation needs
