Northern Beaches Hospital - Concierge Desk
What you'll be doing
Part time opportunity for a customer-oriented receptionist for our concierge desk.
Excellent customer service skills are essential as this role is the first point of contact within the hospital for our visitors and prospective patients, and staff.
We are looking for a positive natured person with a ‘can do’ attitude. It's a bonus if you are local to the area as you will have good general knowledge to offer guidance to queries asked at concierge.
This is an entry level position with opportunity for growth within the organisation.
The concierge desk is managed between three rotating team members between Monday to Sunday. This role is required to work a minimum of 4 days per fortnight with the need for flexibility as they are not set days and additional shifts may be required to help cover leave.
Prior experience in a hospital or other health setting would be beneficial, however your capacity to effectively manage a busy area and provide a positive first impression to those visiting the hospital is key.
