Helix Compounding is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a laboratory environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy, cleanliness, and quality.

The successful applicant will assist in both sterile and non-sterile compounding pharmacy operations, working closely with our team to support the preparation and handling of compounded medications.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with sterile and non-sterile compounding preparation processes
• Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards within laboratory and cleanroom environments
• Prepare, measure, label, and document materials accurately
• Follow standard operating procedures, quality assurance protocols, and safety guidelines
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of laboratory equipment and workspaces
• Support inventory management and stock control
• Work collaboratively with pharmacists and the wider team to ensure efficient workflow and compliance standards

About You

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous laboratory, pharmacy, or compounding experience is preferred but not essential
• Understanding of sterile technique or cleanroom procedures is advantageous
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
