Our Community Psychogeriatric team provide assessments, support and education visits in the community to assist people and those supporting them to manage their conditions in their normal environments including aged residential facilities.
You will have a passion for and belief in the value of contribution in working with the elderly, their families and caregivers, with the ability to relate to and negotiate relationships with a wide variety of people across a wide range of practice settings.

Older Person's Mental Health is growing and developing service providing physical and mental health professional development opportunities for the right applicant. You will be joining a great team that values teamwork and is committed to supporting the best possible health outcomes for our elderly patients. You will work alongside our multidisciplinary team consisting of specialist nurses, health care assistants, occupational therapist, physio, social worker, psychiatrist and psychologist.
