Communications and Change Management Project Manager

Location: North Chicago, Illinois (Remote)

Compensation Range: $85 - 95 per hour

Are you ready to drive high-impact organizational transformation for a global life sciences leader? In this strategic role, you will lead end-to-end change management and internal communication initiatives, aligning cross-functional teams with key corporate objectives. You will partner closely with senior leadership to shape executive messaging, foster organizational alignment, and build vibrant internal culture.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with cross-functional subject matter experts to design and deliver strategic communication programs that advance organizational culture goals.
• Lead and facilitate employee advisory groups to gather actionable insights, synthesize outputs, and present recommendations to executive leadership.
• Develop and execute multi-channel communication plans, including stakeholder analyses, leadership slide decks, scriptwriting, and strategic message timing.
• Implement structured change management methodologies to assess organizational readiness, evaluate business impact, and drive continuous alignment across complex initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 9+ years of experience leading change management, internal communications, or corporate project management initiatives.
• Proven track record of developing and executing structured change management strategies within complex, matrixed global environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in providing executive-level communication support, executive presentation design, and high-visibility event planning.

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Integrated Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
