Mōu \| About You

You are professional, creative, have a passion for good food, and thrive on working in a busy, high volume kitchen environment working with the freshest ingredients. You'll have a can-do attitude and be able to work autonomously, while maintaining high standards. You will also bring:

• At least 1 years' experience in a fast-paced restaurant or similar kitchen
• Understanding of, and basic abilites in using equipment found in kitchen
• Proven experience in a busy restaurant or large hotel kitchen
• Flexibility to work across different shift patterns including weekends \& nights

These roles work across our many kitchens and are a great chance to be part of, and learn from, some of the most experienced people in the hospitality/culinary industry.

Food Republic brings together some of your favourite cuisines from across the world, to enjoy all at one place. Food Republic offers a range of international flavours in a modern setting. A taste of Asia, India and Europe at our stylish new casino dining destination, located on the Main Gaming Floor. You will be responsible for:

• Preparing an cooking dishes to a high standard within your assigned section
• Assisting the senior chefs with daily kitchen operations
• Maintaining cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene regulations
