Position: Commis Chef

The vibrant and fast-paced Crown Bar is currently recruiting for a Commis Chef to join our busy kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-energy environment, supporting the team in delivering consistently high-quality bar food while maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food to a consistently high standard
- Support senior chefs in the smooth running of the kitchen
- Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards at all times (HACCP compliant)
- Ensure all company policies are followed, including Fire, Health \& Safety, Food Hygiene, and Security
- Work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team environment
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and energetic kitchen culture
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-volume kitchen (bar food experience an advantage)
- A genuine passion for food and quality presentation
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
