Commi 3 - Qatar & Kuwait

We are hiring experienced Commi 3 for a reputed restaurant group in Qatar \& Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist chefs in food preparation and basic cooking activities
• Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, sauces, and garnishes
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen work areas
• Follow recipes, portion control, and kitchen instructions accurately
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food products
• Support kitchen staff during busy service hours
• Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils properly
• Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
• Minimize food wastage and maintain stock rotation (FIFO)
• Perform opening and closing kitchen duties as assigned
• Learn and develop culinary skills under senior chefs
