Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to identify new commercial clients and expand existing accounts within the restoration services sector
- Engage in warm calling campaigns to establish rapport with prospective clients, uncover their needs, and present compelling solutions
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements that align client requirements with company capabilities, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
- Leverage marketing insights and technology sales tools such as Salesforce to track leads, manage pipelines, and analyze sales performance data
- Foster strong relationships through effective account management, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor restoration service offerings based on client feedback and market trends
- Demonstrate leadership by guiding clients through complex technical solutions while maintaining clear, professional communication at all times
Experience
- Proven success in B2B sales, particularly within the restoration services or related technical sales fields
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with experience in business development and account management
- Familiarity with marketing strategies that support lead generation and client engagement
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce for sales tracking and analysis
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic sales approaches
- Prior experience in technology or technical sales is a plus; leadership qualities are highly valued for career growth opportunities
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with:
- Property managers
- Insurance agents \& adjusters
- Commercial property owners
- Facility managers
- Generate new business through consistent outreach and networking
- Execute a multi-touch sales process (most referrals occur after 8+ quality touches)
- Track all contacts, activities, and pipeline in Luxor CRM
- Review incoming jobs and opportunities in 365 Restore
- Coordinate closely with operations to ensure seamless handoff
- Represent the company professionally in the field and at networking events
Performance Expectations (KPIs)
- Daily activity tracked in Luxor CRM
- Consistent outbound touches (calls, visits, emails, events)
- Pipeline development and progression
- Revenue generation tied to margin-based commission structure
- Accountability to activity, follow-up, and results
Pay Structure
- Base Salary: $70,000
- High-margin divisions: 1.5% – 3%
- Low-margin divisions: 0.5% – 1%
