Pivot Commercial Group is hiring a Commercial Leasing Agent to represent landlords and tenants across Los Angeles. If you are licensed, driven, and ready to build a real book of business with the backing of an established team, we want to talk.

What You Will Do

• Tour available spaces and present options to clients
• Pull and analyze market data and comparables
• Learn to negotiate lease terms and coordinate transactions through close
• Help business owners find their new place of business or help them expand to new location
• Help landlords fill their vacant retail/office spaces

What We Are Looking For

• Active California DRE salesperson license, or one in progress and expected soon
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable with prospecting and outreach
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Prior commercial or residential real estate experience a plus, not required

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
