The Opportunity

This is an entry-level position designed for someone with a passion for digital storytelling and a desire to learn from an established professional. You won't just be following instructions; you will be mentored and guided through the entire process of professional content creation. This is a unique chance to grow your skills while contributing your own fresh ideas to a large-scale platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborative Brainstorming: Work alongside the influencer to develop new ideas, hooks, and concepts for Instagram and TikTok.
• Studio Assistance: Assist with filming sessions at the creator’s studio in Vancouver.
• Guided Editing: Learn to edit high-performing, short-form videos primarily using CapCut, with direct feedback and coaching.
• Trend Spotting: Help identify rising trends and music to keep the content fresh and relevant.

What We Are Looking For

• Local to Vancouver: Must be able to commute to the studio location easily.
• Eagerness to Learn: You don't need years of experience, but you must be coachable and ready to absorb professional techniques.
• Creative Spark: A "good eye" for aesthetics and the ability to contribute original ideas to the creative process.
• Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with CapCut and a deep personal interest in TikTok/Instagram.
• Flexibility: Available on-call; as content needs change, a flexible schedule is a must.

Compensation \& Hours

• Rate: Negotiable based on portfolio and creative input
• Type: Part-time / Freelance / On-call.
