Coffee Quality Manager – Café Industry

We are looking for an experienced Coffee Quality Manager to join our team in Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain coffee quality standards across all café operations.
• Ensure consistency in coffee brewing, recipes, and beverage presentation.
• Monitor and evaluate coffee beans, grinding, extraction, and brewing processes.
• Maintain high standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Train baristas and staff on coffee preparation and quality standards.
• Implement and follow coffee quality control (QC) procedures.
• Prepare quality reports and support continuous improvement in coffee standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in coffee quality control (Coffee QC) or specialty coffee industry.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in coffee quality, brewing, or café quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of coffee extraction, brewing methods, and flavor profiling.
• High attention to detail and passion for coffee quality.
• Ability to train staff and enforce quality standards.
• Experience ONLY in café/coffee industry (no other industries will be considered).
