CNC & Laser Cutting Designer / Operator – Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced CNC \& Laser Cutting Designer/Operator who can also take a managerial role and effectively manage people, production schedules, and workloads.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Metal, Acrylic, and Fabric cutting, as well as Laser Cutting and Laser Engraving, along with the leadership skills required to keep daily production running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, prepare, and operate CNC and laser cutting machines.
• Handle Metal, Acrylic, and Fabric cutting projects.
• Operate laser cutting and laser engraving machines.
• Prepare CNC/laser files, layouts, and production drawings.
• Manage daily production schedules and prioritize workloads.
• Supervise and coordinate the production/CNC team.
• Assign jobs to operators and ensure work is completed on schedule.
• Monitor production quality, accuracy, and material usage.
• Troubleshoot machine, design, and production issues.
• Coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Train and guide team members when required.
• Ensure machines, tools, and work areas are properly maintained.
• Maintain a smooth and organized workflow from design to final production.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Designer \& Operator / Laser Machine Operator.
• Strong experience with Metal, Acrylic, and Fabric cutting.
• Experience in Laser Cutting and Laser Engraving.
• Knowledge of CNC programming and Designing software.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Previous experience managing or supervising a team.
• Excellent people-management and workload-management skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
