Job Purpose
The Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud-based solutions that align with customer business needs. This role combines technical expertise with consultative engagement, supporting clients throughout their digital transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate customer requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor across the customer lifecycle—from discovery and design to deployment, operations, and optimization.
- Provide consultative guidance to simplify complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with cloud technology trends and provide input to enhance solutions and offerings.
- Collaborate closely with sales, business development, and technical teams to align solutions with customer and organizational goals.
- Support technical operations or account management tasks as required by the Business Development Director.
- Ensure high standards of technical documentation and solution delivery.
Qualifications \& Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Professional certifications (AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Azure, etc.) are an advantage.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure design, or technical consulting.
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS), networking, storage, security, and automation frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; able to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to support regional clients effectively.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
