An opportunity exists for a talented and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse to join the team at Exmouth District Hospital, WACHS Midwest
To be successful, you will have:
Eligible for registration in the category of Registered Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
Demonstrated advanced clinical skills in a variety of clinical settings including Emergency Care.
Demonstrated ability to function independently and within a team.
Demonstrated effective communication (written and verbal) skills.
Demonstrated experience incorporating quality and risk management.
Eligible for / or in possession of a current C or C-A Class drivers licence or other specialised licence class.
Position Profile: Responsible for the delivery of triage and emergency services to persons presenting to Exmouth District Hospital. Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates nursing care. Provide leadership and assistance to nursing staff and to actively support the hospitals vision values and objectives. With the Director of Nursing Health Service Manager leads the hospital in improving performance and monitoring activities. Leads and implements a portfolio as directed by the Director of Nursing Health Service Manager.
