What you'll be doing

As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will design, deliver and evaluate impactful education programs that support clinicians to provide safe, high-quality care in a complex acute setting.* Plan and deliver competency-based education aligned with clinical standards and workforce needs * Facilitate engaging bedside teaching and support staff development across all levels * Mentor nurses to build capability, confidence, and clinical excellence * Lead orientation, induction, and ongoing professional development programs * Partner with stakeholders to drive quality improvement and implement best practice initiatives
