Selection Criteria

To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.* Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse Division 1, with a minimum five years full time equivalent post registration experience, with a minimum of three years full-time experience in the specialty field. In addition the employee must have approved post graduate nursing qualifications relevant to the field in which appointed, or such other qualifications or experience deemed appropriate by SWSLHD or working towards same. * Please elaborate on how your skills and experiences align with the role requirements highlighting how you will support specialised, compassionate support for people with a terminal life limiting illness focusing on comfort, dignity and quality of life. * Can you describe a time when you implemented an evidence-based change in end-of-life care? What was the outcome and how did you evaluate its success? * How do you demonstrate leadership in your current role, particularly in influencing practice across multidisciplinary teams?
