Clinical Business Analyst Assistant

The Allevia Hospitals' Procurement and Supply Chain team have a vacancy for a Clinical Business Analyst Assistant to support the Clinical Business Analyst and assist with pricing data management, TrakCare pricing updates, Rego P2P application support and development.

This role combines hands-on data input, management and analysis with oversight, ensuring accurate and timely pricing updates, reporting and support of Allevia Hospital’s analytics function.

This role will be accountable for high-quality data, reliable reporting, and actionable insights across clinical, operational, financial, and procurement/ supply chain domains, supporting improved billing, cost management and reporting efficiency.

Based primarily at the Procurement office at Allevia Hopstial in Epsom and reporting to the Procurement \& Supply Chain Manager, this is a permanent part-time position working 24 hours per week (0.6 FTE) and requires data management skills, in particular Microsoft Office Rego P2P \& E-Procure skills, a solid customer service focus, high level of attention to detail, accuracy and excellent communication skills. Our ideal candidate will bring these skills from a similar role in a hospital environment.
