We are looking for a proactive and experienced Clinic Manager to lead our clinic operations and ensure excellent patient care while driving operational excellence.
Job Summary
As the Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, managing the clinic team, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, maintaining operational efficiency, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Clinic Operations
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure clinic cleanliness, safety, infection control, and service quality standards are consistently maintained.
2. Team Leadership
- Lead, supervise, and motivate clinical and administrative staff.
- Plan staff schedules, monitor attendance, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Coordinate staff training and professional development initiatives.
3. Financial \& Inventory Management
- Oversee billing, payment collection, and daily cash reconciliation.
- Monitor operational expenses and implement cost control measures.
- Manage procurement and inventory of medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals.
- Prepare operational and management reports.
4. Patient Experience
- Ensure patients receive professional, timely, and compassionate care.
- Handle patient enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Promote a positive and welcoming clinic environment.
5. Compliance \& Reporting
- Ensure compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate medical, administrative, and financial records.
- Prepare and submit periodic operational and compliance reports.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any healthcare-related field.
- Medical background is required, including but not limited to:
- Medical Assistant (MA)
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Physiotherapist
- Pharmacist / Pharmacy background
- Allied Health Sciences
- Or any other relevant healthcare discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in clinic operations, healthcare management, or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of MOH regulations and clinic operations will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic management systems.
