Clinic Assistant

Job Duties:

• Register New/Recurring Patients
• Collect Payment from Patients
• Perform In-house Procedures such as Lung Function Test, Skin Prick Allergy Test, Infleunza Test etc (training will be provided)
• Handle Phone Calls from New/Recurring Patients
• Submission of Medical Insurance Claims
• Booking and Confirming Patients' Appointment
• StockTake (Monthly)
• End Day Settlement & Month End Settlement for Accounts
• Any Other Ad-Hoc Duties Assigned by the Management

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday (0830 to 1730)
• Saturday (0830 to 1230)

• Able to converse in Chinese/Malay/Tamil or Dialects is a plus point
• Minimum GCE "O" level.
• No experience required (Fresh Graduate/Career Conversion are welcomed)

• Able to adjust to fast paced environment and being independent
• Hardworking, willing to learn and responsible attitude
