Your Role at Manion
We are seeking an experienced Client Services Coordinator to join our close‑knit and growing team. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and take pride in delivering exceptional client service, we’d love to hear from you.
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with regular on‑site presence at our Etobicoke office and the flexibility to work from home a few days per week.
Reporting to the Manager, Client Experience \& Development, the Client Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for servicing a dedicated portfolio of clients in partnership with the Account Executive and the Underwriting and Group Benefits Specialist.
Key responsibilities include preparing and organizing client meeting agendas; attending client meetings; accurately recording, transcribing, and distributing meeting minutes; coordinating and tracking action items; managing client documentation for the Trustee Portal; and responding to client inquiries related to Trustee Trust Funds.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. You are comfortable working under pressure, managing multiple priorities often with interruptions while consistently meeting departmental deadlines. Given the sensitive nature of the information handled in this role, a strong commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and security of client data is essential.

At the time of this posting, the estimated pay for this position is $58,000-60,000. Individual compensation within this range is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and education/training. This range reflects the base pay and does not encompass our comprehensive total rewards and benefits, that we proudly offer.
