About the role:
We are seeking a Client Promotions Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team within the financial industry, This role is responsible for translating business requirements into clear promotion rules, operational processes, and CRM configurations to support the successful delivery of client promotion programs.
You will work closely with Marketing, CRM, Product, Compliance, and Operations teams to define promotion mechanics, document business requirements, develop operational procedures, and ensure promotions are accurately configured within internal systems. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, possesses strong logical thinking skills, and has the ability to organize complex information into structured and executable workflows..
Key Responsibilities:
Promotion Rules \& Documentation

- Analyse business requirements and transform them into structured promotion mechanics, operational processes, and system requirements.
- Draft, maintain, and update promotion rules, Terms \& Conditions (T\&Cs), and related operational documentation.
- Develop and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support consistent and efficient promotion execution.
Cross-functional Collaboration \& Coordination

- Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Product, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure promotion requirements, promotion mechanics, and system configurations are accurately implemented and executed.
- Ensure all promotions comply with applicable regulatory requirements and internal company policies.
- Identify operational issues and process gaps during promotion execution and proactively drive improvements.
Platform \& CRM Configuration
- Configure promotion mechanics, eligibility criteria, and reward structures within CRM systems based on approved business requirements.
- Conduct testing and validation prior to promotion launch to ensure configurations are accurate and systems are ready for deployment.
- Collaborate with technical teams to investigate and resolve system-related issues during promotion execution.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in an operations team within the financial industries is preferred.
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex business requirements into structured rules, workflows, and operational processes.
- Excellent documentation and writing skills, with experience drafting business rules, operational guidelines, SOPs, or process documentation.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and apply information efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills are an advantage).
- Willingness to work on public holidays.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
