Role Overview
This is an entry point into one of the highest-performing specialist tech recruitment teams, now focused on building and expanding our presence across the DACH region. You’ll start by supporting live client engagements across enterprise technology accounts, working closely with delivery teams on sourcing, candidate management, and technical search execution across core infrastructure and cloud disciplines.
Over time, you’ll be coached into owning your own enterprise client relationships, developing accounts, and running end-to-end search processes across complex, high-value technical mandates.
This role is built for someone early enough in their career who is hungry to learn, commercially minded, and wants to build a long-term career in technical recruitment within agency, with a clear path into full client ownership.
If you’ve spent 1–3 years in recruitment or a client-facing commercial role and want to work closely with senior stakeholders across large enterprise IT environments in the DACH market, this is the seat.
Key Duties \& Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing from day one
Support live enterprise client accounts across the DACH region, working closely with senior consultants and delivery teams
Source, identify, and engage technical candidates across infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise technology roles
Build and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring accurate CRM management and strong process discipline
Coordinate interviews and manage end-to-end scheduling between clients and candidates
Research enterprise clients and support mapping of technical teams, departments, and hiring structures across DACH accounts
Contribute to client-facing conversations, helping prepare for discovery calls, role briefings, and candidate updates
Develop outreach messaging for technical talent across roles such as:
o Infrastructure Engineers
o Cloud / Azure Specialists
o DevOps \& Automation Engineers
o VMware \& Network Engineers
o Cyber Security Specialists
o System Administrators
Learn how to position opportunities to highly skilled and often passive technical talent pools
Build an understanding of how enterprise IT organisations operate across transformation programmes (cloud migration, data centre modernisation, DevOps adoption, etc.)
What you’ll grow into
Owning your own DACH client relationships end-to-end
Running client discovery calls and managing hiring processes independently
Developing deep market expertise across enterprise infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity hiring in the DACH region
Confidently engaging with senior stakeholders such as Engineering Managers, Heads of IT, and CIO-level clients
Building and managing your own desk with full commercial ownership and accountability
What we’re looking for:
1–3 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), or a client-facing commercial role
Exposure to or strong interest in technology, infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise IT markets
Strong communication skills – you’ll be speaking with senior technical stakeholders and need to build credibility quickly
Curiosity about how enterprise technology environments operate (data centres, cloud platforms, DevOps, automation, etc.)
Commercial mindset with a desire to move into client ownership and account development (farming)
Comfortable with sourcing and delivery early on, with ambition to progress into a full 360 client role
Fluent English required; German language is a strong advantage given the client base in the region
