Day to Day

As a Specialist, Client Activation, you’ll consult with new accounts as you help them to activate their jobs on our website. You’ll receive your prospects daily and will consult with clients through phone and email to define client needs and present opportunities to help them be successful in using Eurostaffs’s products and services.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact new clients to optimize current products.
• Educate clients on Eurostaffs's product suite, ensuring optimized account usage and high feature adoption.
• Promote Eurostaffs’s products and services, demonstrating an exceptional return on investment for SMBs.
• Achieve quarterly goals, including revenue targets, client conversions, and productivity metrics.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences to drive retention and maintain engagement.

Skills/Competencies

• Requires a minimum of 1 years of related experience.
• Experience in areas such as online advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, job advertising, or staffing agencies)
• Proven influencing and sales skills, with a passion for educating, servicing, and selling to clients
• Excellent communication skills, including effective listening and customer-focused interactions
• Proven ability to work well under pressure, adapt to changing environments, and prioritize tasks effectively
• Self-motivated to make high volumes of outbound calls daily, driving positive client outcomes and incorporating feedback for continuous improvement
• Fluency in Dutch and English

Salary Range Transparency

Tier 2 - Ireland 34,000 - 50,000 EUR per year + Bonus

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Eurostaffs salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Eurostaffs's total compensation package for employees.
