About Us

2nd Chances Ltd is an established multi-service provider partnering with property management companies. We are rapidly expanding and launching a brand-new, dedicated cleaning department. This is a ground-up build with full backing from our corporate structure.

The Role:

We need a working leader who can balance strategic growth with hands-on delivery. Initially, you will lead by example—taking on cleans yourself while you map out workflows and build your team. You will work closely with the director on a daily basis to build the department. As the department scales across South East London and eventually London-wide, your role will transition into pure management.Your core responsibilities will include:

• Hands-on Delivery: Personally executing initial cleans to establish our baseline standards and systems.
• Talent Acquisition: Recruiting, vetting, and onboarding your own team of reliable cleaners.
• Training \& Compliance: Designing and delivering robust training programmes for your new staff.
• Quality Assurance: Overseeing, inspecting, and officially signing off on all completed cleans.
• Department Architecture: Designing workflows, selecting equipment, and scaling operations.

Strict Filtering Criteria

• Dual Mindset: Willing and physically able to perform high-standard cleans yourself while building the business.
• Sector Experience: Minimum 3 years in cleaning operations, ideally within property or block management.
• Recruitment Background: Willingness to undertake the interviewing, hiring, and managing of a mobile workforce.
• Industry Standards: Deep knowledge of COSHH, health and safety, and modern cleaning techniques.
• Logistical Mastery: Full UK driving licence with local geographical knowledge of South East London.
