Civil Technician (Mason / Carpenter / Painter)

We are seeking a skilled Civil Technician with experience in masonry, carpentry, and painting to join our building maintenance team. The ideal candidate should be capable of carrying out a wide range of civil maintenance and repair works in residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

• Perform masonry works including plastering, block work, tiling, grouting, concrete repairs, and wall repairs.
• Carry out carpentry works such as door and window repairs, lock replacement, furniture repairs, cabinet installation, and gypsum ceiling/partition repairs.
• Perform interior and exterior painting, including surface preparation, putty application, sanding, primer, and finishing coats.
• Repair cracks, damaged ceilings, floors, walls, and other civil defects.
• Carry out waterproofing touch-up works and minor civil modifications.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete work within the assigned schedule.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Report completed work and material requirements to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in masonry, carpentry, and painting.
• Experience in building maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of finishing works and general building repairs.
• English communication skills.
• UAE experience is an advantage.
