Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman with mandatory brownfield project experience. Candidates with previous Oil \& Gas project experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil works and workforce activities at the project site.
• Allocate tasks to workers and ensure timely execution as per approved drawings and instructions.
• Monitor civil activities, including excavation, concrete works, masonry, plastering, and related construction works.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Follow brownfield work requirements and ensure safe execution of activities around existing facilities.
• Monitor manpower, tools, and materials, and report daily work progress to the site engineer.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.

Requirements

• Minimum Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 4–5 years as a Civil Foreman.
• Brownfield project experience is mandatory.
• Oil \& Gas project experience is preferred.
• Must hold a Freelance Visa in Qatar.
• Must be available for immediate joining.
