Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Design and Planning:
• Assist in the preparation of detailed engineering designs and specifications for infrastructure projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site evaluations.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to develop project plans and timelines.
• Technical Analysis and Calculations:
• Perform calculations and analysis related to structural integrity, load-bearing capacities, and materials.
• Use engineering software to model and simulate project scenarios.
• Construction Oversight:
• Monitor construction activities to ensure they align with project specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare reports on construction progress.
• Address any issues or discrepancies that arise during construction.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including design drawings, reports, and correspondence.
• Document field observations and coordinate with project teams to resolve issues.
• Client and Stakeholder Communication:
• Interface with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide updates.
• Assist in managing client expectations and addressing any concerns.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure all engineering practices adhere to relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Implement safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in civil engineering.
• Familiarity with engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro).
• Basic understanding of project management principles.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Preferable male (require to outstation)

Work Environment:

• Office setting with occasional site visits.
• May require travel to project sites.
• Work may involve exposure to construction sites and outdoor conditions.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
