Civil Engineer – Villa Construction \& Interior Fit-Out

Location: Oman

Job Responsibilities

Manage and supervise villa construction and interior fit-out projects from start to handover.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Ensure all civil and interior works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and timelines.

Prepare site reports and manage materials, manpower, and resources.

Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 Years of Experience
• Proven Experience in Villa Construction \& Interior Fit-Out (Mandatory)
• Gulf Experience Required
• Strong knowledge of civil construction, interior finishing, and fit-out execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Excellent site management and coordination skills.
• Valid GCC Driving License Required
• Immediate Joiners Preferred
