Compensation \& Expectations

We’ll be straightforward with you: this is a growth venture for us.

We know the direction we want to go and have a solid understanding of what it will take to get there, but we’re also open-minded and realistic. Compensation, benefits, structure, and future opportunities are all things we’re willing to discuss openly with the right people.

We’re not looking for someone to simply “fill a role.”
We’re looking for people who want to help shape what this becomes.
