A construction company is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with proven practical experience in managing and executing construction projects. The ideal candidate should have the ability to manage projects from the design stage through final handover, with good knowledge of architectural works, finishing activities, and coordination with various engineering disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor construction projects according to the scope of work, including project cost estimation and scheduling.
- Supervise civil works execution on-site and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Review and approve structural drawings and coordinate with architectural, electrical, and mechanical drawings.
- Have good knowledge of architectural works and finishing activities and monitor their execution to ensure quality standards.
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), quantity take-offs, and cost control.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules using MS Project or Primavera.
- Review payment certificates, Variation Orders, and contractual claims.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and consultants and monitor their performance.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, Qatar building codes, and applicable regulations.
- Prepare technical reports and project progress reports and submit them to senior management.
Qualifications \& Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management and construction execution, preferably within the State of Qatar or GCC countries.
- Proven experience in project management, quantity surveying, budgeting, and cost control.
- Good knowledge of architectural works, finishing activities, and the ability to read architectural drawings (Architectural Engineering degree is not required).
- Experience in managing contracts, contractors, and consultants.
Proficiency in using AutoCAD, MS Project or Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office.

المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة ومتابعة المشاريع الإنشائية وفق نطاق العمل و اعداد تكاليف المشاريع والجدول الزمني.
- الإشراف على تنفيذ الأعمال المدنية بالموقع وضمان مطابقتها للمخططات والمواصفات.
- مراجعة واعتماد المخططات الإنشائية والتنسيق مع المخططات المعمارية والكهربائية والميكانيكية.
- الإلمام بالأعمال المعمارية والتشطيبات ومتابعة تنفيذها لضمان جودة التنفيذ.
- إعداد ومراجعة جداول الكميات (BOQ) وحصر الكميات ومراقبة التكاليف.
- إعداد ومتابعة البرامج الزمنية للمشاريع باستخدام MS Project أو Primavera.
- مراجعة المستخلصات، أوامر التغيير (Variation Orders)، والمطالبات.
- إدارة المقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن والاستشاريين ومتابعة الأداء.
- ضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والسلامة وكود البناء واللوائح المعمول بها في دولة قطر.
- إعداد التقارير الفنية وتقارير تقدم المشاريع ورفعها للإدارة العليا.
المؤهلات والخبرات
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في إدارة وتنفيذ المشاريع، ويفضل داخل دولة قطر أو دول الخليج.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة المشاريع، الكميات، الميزانيات، وضبط التكاليف.
- إلمام جيد بالأعمال المعمارية والتشطيبات وقراءة المخططات المعمارية لا يشترط أن يكون مهندسًا معماريًا
- خبرة في إدارة العقود والمقاولين والاستشاريين.
- إجادة استخدام AutoCAD وMS Project أو Primavera P6 وMicrosoft Office.
- تصنيف MMUP/UPDA ساري أو مؤهل للحصول عليه.
- معرفة جيدة بـ Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) وكود البناء والاشتراطات التنظيمية في دولة قطر.
- خبرة في المشاريع السكنية، التجارية، الصناعية أو البنية التحتية
