CIVIL ENGINEER

Position : Civil Engineer

Position Type : Permanent

Job Responsibilities:

1. Undertaking civil engineering design and analysis for a variety of projects, including designing earthworks, roads, drainage systems, sewer reticulation, and water reticulation systems.

2. Developing foundation designs for simple structures.

3. Conducting site inspections, monitoring construction activities, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

4. Preparing detailed technical reports, drawings, and specifications to support project requirements.

5. Preparing and documenting meeting minutes to support project coordination.

6. Liaising with relevant authorities to obtain approvals for submission plans.

7. Preparing Tender and Contract documents, including Bill of Quantities, Specifications, and Schedules.

8. Assisting the Senior Engineer/Manager with office duties and project execution.

9. Any other tasks that are being assigned by a superior or Management as and when required.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure design, construction, and related projects.

3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

4. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with team members and interact effectively with clients.

5. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant design software.

6. Familiarity with ISO Quality Management Systems.

7. Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and/or Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM)

8. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

9. Open to Malaysian citizens only.
