Civil Engineer (Construction Industry)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager (Operations) and Project Managers to oversee site operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects within major energy and chemical processing plants are completed safely, on time, and up to standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Management: Plan, supervise, control, and coordinate civil engineering projects to ensure smooth daily site operations.
• Progress Monitoring: Track and monitor project timelines and subcontractors' work progress against schedules.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise directly with clients, vendors, and project leads on all operational and management matters.
• Logistics \& Compliance: Oversee site logistical matters while strictly enforcing safety regulations and quality control standards.

Requirements

• Education: Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Singapore Professional Engineers (PE) Board.
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant site experience in civil engineering projects.
• Industry Experience: Prior experience working within energy plants, oil \& gas facilities, or chemical processing plants is highly advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera is preferred.
• Location Requirements: Candidates must be willing to reside in Singapore for the duration of employment.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
